  • We guarantee all merchandise purchased through blisimo.com

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

  • You must contact us for RMA# and return address

  • Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.

  • No refunds after 30 days.

  • Due to the unique nature of this business and related matters of hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow certain items to be returned. Masks and wipes are not returnable after opening.

  • If you return an item using the return label provided and the return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: will be returned to sender or up to 50% of the item's price will be refunded.

  • We can only cancel the order with a full refund if the item has not shipped.   • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. The customer will be notified of reported damages.

 

 

To return an item purchased to us

  1. Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.

  2. Include the original packing slip or copy of the receipt and the reason for the return.

  3. Print a pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at your local UPS service location.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

We can only cancel the order with a full refund if the item has not shipped. Once the item has shipped, and the buyer wants to cancel the order, the buyer has to return the item back to us with their own shipping costs, and the total refund amount will be deducted from the original shipping costs we paid for the transaction.

If the item is returned back us, for any cases, such as an incorrect address, refused, or failed to pick up. The order will be treated as a cancellation, which means the total amount of refund will be deducted from the shipping costs we paid for the transaction.
